Standard Molds are made of durable plastic and aluminum. Mold bodies are formed from large sheets of strong, durable plastic, dome portions are reinforced and insulated with dense foam and the sides are extruded aluminum rail. They are one-piece units that are rust proof, leak proof, and leave no unsightly form marks. Molds are easy to strip, clean and set up. |
| Harmonized Wall Panel Molds cast a rib at the top, bottom and sides of door and window openings, making installation simpler. The panel presents a uniform and pleasing appearance for buildings that have waffles exposed on either the inside or outside. The harmonized rib configuration is a modification of the standard WAFFLE-CRETE® mold, and enhances the strength of the wall panel, especially for those panels with several openings. |

12" (30cm) & 18" (45cm) Floor Molds come in standard widths of
8' (2.4m) and in lengths up to 33' (10m). Custom sizes are also available. This mold casts panels used for longer spans and heavier loads. Developed as a floor panel for high rise structures, parking garages, offices, and other buildings requiring large open areas, it can also be used as a tall structural wall for indu strial buildings. |
| Low Weight Wall Molds use only 1.5" (5cm) of concrete (solid slab equivalent) and can be erected manually with the aid of a lifting cart. This panel is used as an interior partition wall and as a structural panel in some single story applications. |

The Curing Cover, made of tough, insulated plastic and aluminum, protects the panel surface; traps the heat generated by the hydration of the cement; and the moisture that is present during the curing process. Trapped moisture and heat accelerate the curing process, allowing panels to cure overnight without external heat, making each mold available for casting every day. |
